Winning Strategy We offer conceptual site plans and marketing site plans for new subdivisions developed by builders/developers. The conceptual site design will be designed by Award winning Architect Boye Akinola, AIA (with over 30 years experience and 2004 Atlanta Street of Dreams Best Design Award winner) adn he will bring in his experience as a development advisor to national and local buidlers/investors. . We will work with the builder/developer to layout the lots so as to meet the preferred profitable yields for the preferred return of investment for the new residential development deal.

We also design the entrance gates, clubhouses and other required amenities for the new neighborhoods presented in 3d color renderings for marketing and raising funds.

We also will refer the developer/builder to our experienced team of civil engineers, surveyors and landscape engineers to assist the developer/builder in developing the civil engineering plans for the land disturbance permit.
